Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy refers to both cancellations by ARJ Solution and the ones by the customers. 

Cancellation by ARJ Solution

Your order for purchase on ARJ Solution shall be cancelled in one or more of the following instances:

  • If the product no longer exists or is out of stock with the vendor. In this case, you can be offered an alternate product, the purchase of which is up to your discretion.
  • If there is a limitation on the quantity that you can buy of a particular product and your purchase exceeds that limit.
  • If wrong pricing or promotion has been offered by the vendor or it has happened because of typographical error.
  • If there are some problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • If the address provided is inaccurate or inadequate.
  • If the location that you mentioned is non-serviceable.

While we will strive to inform you about the cancellation before the payment (only where possible), there is a possibility that the information might come to you after the payment has been made for the purchase. In that case, your payment shall be credited to your account within 48 hours of the notice of cancellation and you shall be duly notified about the same through email. 

Cancellation by Customer 

In cases where we receive your intimation for order cancellation within 24 hours or prior to order processing, whichever is less, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire money for the same. However, no cancellation requests shall be entertained post 24 hours or processing / shipping of the product or both.
